Suneil Shetty a famous bollywood personality soon going to be in Jail in a cheque bounce case files by a Local city base shop owner Mr.Subhash Gulati.
Subhash Gulati had alleged a cheque of some 10 Lakhs rupees which was issued by Hyundai India Telecom Ltd, a famous company in which Suneil is also a director; the cheque was bounced due to insufficient amount in the bank account of the company.
The case run too long from 2006 and it finally gave a decision of Non-bail able warrants which is issued by a local court. This decision gave a big Jatka for directors & especially for Shetty.
He can be in Jail anytime as the court returnable for Dec 23.
This is really bad news for Suneil Shetty as he can be in the Jail for some time & this can be a bad period for Suneil Shetty.

EMI gives poor expectation
EMI the new bollywood movie released on 7th Nov, already it was postponed, but due to late release and also the story did not give out the results in Cinemas.
The story is about the normal mans & the Sanjay Dutt who runs a recovery agency, & sanjay solves peoples problem as the expectations of story was different, & it was different
Also Sanjay Dutt declared that he will not any more “Bhaigiri” roles in upcoming movies. But it suits to baba may people love his “Bhaigiri” role.
But it’s a good thing also that Sanjay want to play good role in his upcoming movies.
Rating of EMI is poor till hope it raises. In some days, as Dostana is soon going to release & it can decrease these movies ratings

EMI new bollywood movie, released on 7th Nov, but the response was poor as expectations was high from Balaji Motion Pictures & Popcorn Motion Pictures.
The reason is the promo was not good for EMI, as the Directors/Actors were busy with their other movies. Due to poor promo the movie expectation is less now.
Also another reason is the movie was going to release in Diwali, but it postponed to 7th and the diwali time was the best to release, but due to some reason it was postponed.
Will EMI will do well as there r more movies released in the same time, “Quantum of Solace”, “Ek Vivaah Aisa Bhi”, and more movies running currently.
