Ghajini release banned by Madras High Court but Bombay Court Allowed to release

Ghajini was banned by Madras High Court due to copyright issue by the Producer as it is a Tamil Movie,

Copied by Hindi producers and they even the given the same title “Ghajini”.

But the prints have been already distributed in worldwide to all theatres and it will be a big loss if we stop release.

A.Chandrasekaran the producer of original Tamil Movie “Ghajini” claimed his Authority. But Justice P.R.Shivakumar stayed his claim.

More then 16 crores have been spent in Promo of Ghajini!


So it’s Good news that Ghajini is going to release and a big relief given to “Aamir Khan”.
