Biography : Shamita Shetty is an Indian actress. She is the younger sister of Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty. Shamita is the second and youngest daughter of Surendra and Sunanda Shetty. She was born in a traditional close-knit family that hails from the Buntcommunity of south Kannada\Mangalore. Shamita Shetty attended St Anthony's Girls High School in Chembur, Mumbai. She graduated from Sydenhams College. In recent polls Shamita Shetty has been estimated at a Net Worth of INR 115 Million. She made her debut with the 2000 blockbuster Mohabbatein in Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai (2001) and "Chori Pe Chori" in Saathiya (2002). Later Shetty found success as an actress in her first solo-hit Zeher. She also worked with sister Shilpa Shetty for the first time in Fareb in the same year. She made a Shaina role in Cash movie in 2007, did a special appearance in Heyy Babby Movie.
